IBK TV ("we", "us", or "the Application") is a free live television streaming application available on Android TV, Fire TV, and the web. No account, registration, or sign-in is required to use IBK TV.

IBK TV uses your device's local storage (localStorage / SharedPreferences) to save:

• Recently watched channels
• Your preferred category order

This data is stored exclusively on your device. It is never transmitted to our servers or any third party, and is deleted when you uninstall the application.

3. Internet Access and Streaming

IBK TV requires internet access to load and play live television streams. When you select a channel, your device may connect to:

• IBK TV's proxy server (used to relay streams that require CORS handling)
• Third-party broadcast servers operated by the respective broadcasters

IBK TV's proxy server does not log, store, or process any personal data. It functions solely as a technical relay to deliver video content to your device.

4. Third-Party Content and Services

IBK TV aggregates publicly available live television streams from independent broadcasters. We do not control the content, privacy practices, or data handling of those third-party streaming servers. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of the broadcasters whose content you access.

5. Permissions Used

• INTERNET — Required to stream live television content.
• ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE — Used to detect connectivity status and display an offline notice.

No other device permissions are requested or used.

6. Children's Privacy

IBK TV is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us and we will promptly address the matter.

7. Advertising

IBK TV does not display advertisements and does not integrate any advertising SDKs or third-party tracking libraries.

8. Data Security

Since IBK TV does not collect or transmit personal data, there is no personal data at risk. The application does not maintain user accounts, databases, or any backend storage of user information.
